Illustration Friday: Skyline


This weeks Illustration Friday theme is skyline. I just kept thinking about butterflies, swarming in the sky. This piece is 8" x 24". The background paper is gold and shimery and not photographing very well, but I think you can get the jist!

    This is so, so pretty! I love the array of butterflies...each one is a little treasure:> I know what you mean about metallics and photographs... I use alot of metallic paints, etc, and they never come through well in scans or photos. I can imagine how this piece must be even more beautiful "in person."
